As a club member, you’ll enjoy:

• Guaranteed reservations for all 12 monthly menus (January ‘26 - December ‘26)

• Preferred pricing — $1,500 per person or $2,900 per couple for the year (make sure you choose the Individual Membership or Couple’s Membership - you are currently on the couple’s page)

With only 56 seats available each month, these memberships ensure your place at the table - no wait lists, no hoping to catch an announcement email in time, no missed menus.

fine print:

• memberships give you access to only one dinner per month.

• members will be on a separate email list that will receive announcements prior to everyone else.

• we will have guaranteed dates in 3 month blocks, so you will be able to book up to 3 seatings at a time.

• while prorated refunds will not be available if you cannot join on a particular month, you will be able to gift that month’s seating to a friend or family member.

• any collaboration events in 2026 involving another chef may require a small supplement.

• while membership prices may increase in 2027 and beyond, as a founding member, you can renew at this price for as many years as we are lucky enough to be able to do this.
